The 4 Principles Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We provide direct and indirect services to scholars in Youngstown, Ohio rooted in our 4 Principles: Resilience, Ingenuity, Scholarship, Excellence (R.I.S.E.). We formed a foundation dedicated to helping young scholars develop a (R.I.S.E.) Mindset through our evidence-based 4 R.I.S.E. PATHWAYS.
MISSION
To be the Premier organization that train and educate Scholars to be successful in a rigorous & high-quality, world-class life preparatory (RISE) pathway that ensures success through excellence in engaged mentoring, teaching, and learning. Our Scholars will be valued, held responsible, accountable, and rewarded for their continuous growth, development, and high aspirations to reach academic excellence and acquire social capital needed to achieve and sustain success throughout life by thinking critically, leading purposefully, and living healthy and responsible lives in a competitive global society.
VISION
To inspire our community of scholars to achieve educational excellence by helping each scholar develop an all-encompassing expectation that they will enter preferred career pathways and partner colleges and universities of their choice academically, socially, and emotionally prepared to achieve their collective goals and live out their purpose.
