The 4 Principles Foundation Inc., will provide thousands of scholarship dollars to numerous Youngstown area high school scholars matriculating into some of the most prestigious colleges/universities and post-secondary institutions around the nation.

Our organization will aid these scholars as they begin their journey of academic excellence, positive leadership, and dedication to service not only with monetary resources but to include college counseling and intense advising throughout their undergraduate careers to create an enduring legacy.

Man at his Desk

The Passport to Manhood Mentoring Program was designed to address the academic, social, and leadership deficiencies of our young middle and high school scholars. We shall confront these deficiencies daily via exposure to global social constructs and the opportunity domestically and abroad on critical missions to make an impact in our community and significant contributions around the world.

The program provides scholars with the opportunity to work independently and collectively in cooperative learning circles with mentors and expert professionals from the nation.

The B.E.A.A.T. Poverty Leadership Institutes unlocks the potential of our community of young men and women we serve to create a long-term social and environmental impact that positively affects change and improves the lives and communities where we live.

Working towards a better tomorrow, we have a laser-like focus on some of the critical issues by focusing our community investments via our Education & Youth Program Division by providing year-round and Summer Bridge programs in the areas of Business, Engineering, Arts, Allied Health, and technology (BEAAT).

In addition, we provide scholars with technology and connectivity in hard-hit poor urban areas of Youngstown to help close the equity and achievement gap in primary and secondary education (K-12).
